2 c. water
1 tbsp. baby bath
1 tbsp. baby oil

Bring above to a boil. Cut roll of good quality paper towels in 2 short rolls. Remove cardboard core. Slowly pour mixture over paper towels in a plastic container or sealable plastic canister. Pull towels from the center to use.
