WHOLE BREAKFAST DRINK 
1 ripe banana, peeled & frozen
1 egg
3/4 c. plain low fat yogurt
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. wheat germ
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Slice banana into blender or food processor. Add egg, yogurt, orange juice, wheat germ and vanilla. Process until well blended. Makes 1 serving.
