WALDORF SALAD 
5 c. chopped, unpeeled apples
2 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 to 1 c. mayonnaise
Lettuce leaves
Apple wedges
Pecan halves

Combine first 4 ingredients. Toss gently to coat and chill 1 to 2 hours.

Spoon salad into lettuce-lined serving dish. Garnish with apple wedges and pecan halves. Yields 10 servings.
