SHEPHERD'S PIE 
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. ground beef
2 onions, chopped
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans tomato soup
3 cans mixed vegetables
Mashed potatoes

Brown ground beef with onion, drain. Stir in soup, undiluted. Stir in vegetables. Place in oven-proof baking dish, spoon mashed potatoes over the top of the mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
