SALMON ROLL 
1 lb. can salmon, drained
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. horseradish
Dash pepper
Dash garlic powder
2 drops Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. Liquid Smoke
Hot sauce (optional)

Mix. Form into roll, then roll in chopped pecans and parsley. Serve with celery sticks, crackers or chips.
