STRAWBERRY PIZZA 
Crust:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped walnuts

Mix until crumbly, press into a 9 x 13 pan and bake at 400°F for 15 minutes. Cool completely.

Middle Layer:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. tub Cool Whip

Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar well, fold in Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust, top with fruit mixture.

Top Layer:

1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cornstarch
3 oz. pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 c. boiling water
4 c. chopped strawberries

Mix the first 3 ingredients with the boiling water. Bring to a boil. Remove from stove and cool. When thickened, add fruit, set aside. It is best to make this top layer first, so that it has time to cool off before using it.
