STRAWBERRY PIZZA 
1 lg. roll slice & bake sugar cookie dough
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2/3 c. powdered sugar
1 (3 oz.) box strawberry Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 tsp. vanilla
2 baskets strawberries

CRUST: Slice cookie dough into 1/8" slices. Line on ungreased pizza pan until slices overlap. Bake at 375 degrees until lightly brown.

TOPPING: Dissolve Jello in the boiling water, cool until slightly thickened. Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla. Spread mixture over cooled crust. Arrange whole or sliced berries on top. Pour thickened Jello over top. Chill. Cut into 8 to 12 wedges with pizza cutter. NOTE: May use other fruits and Jello accordingly.
