2 lg. fully ripe avocados 1/3 c. mayonnaise 1 tbsp. onions, finely minced 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. chili powder 1/4 tsp. garlic powder Cut avocados in half. Remove seeds with a fork. Spoon pulp into bowl and mash. Blend other ingredients in well. Insert one of the seeds in center of mixture to minimize browning. Keep tightly covered and refrigerated until ready to serve. |
