ROASTED LEG OF LAMB 
1 leg of lamb

MARINADE:

6 oz. Kikkoman teriyaki marinade
10 oz. white wine
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. rosemary
20 leaves fresh sweet basil or 2 tsp. dried basil
1 tbsp. brown sugar

Place leg of lamb in large covered dish to marinade. Mix all marinade ingredients and pour over lamb. Marinade for 24 to 48 hours turning lamb every 8 hours. Place lamb on outside grill and grill on high until seared on all sides. Remove from grill. Place in roasting pan and cover. Bake for 1 hour on 450 degrees. Serve with Mint Jelly Sauce.
