RICE PUDDING 
1/2 gal. whole milk
1 c. rice
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 whole eggs
1 box vanilla tapioca pudding
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. cooked raisins

Mix 1/2 gallon milk with rice and sugar in large pot. Cook until it comes to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer at a low boil about 1/2 hour, stirring frequently. Add remaining ingredients, mix well and pour into 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. After it starts to set, stir lightly so that raisins spread throughout the pudding. Top with nutmeg.
