MOCK RASPBERRY JAM 
5 1/2 c. ground green tomatoes
4 c. sugar
6 oz. raspberry Jello (dry)

Mix ground green tomatoes (including juice) to sugar; mix well. Boil 13 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Gradually add raspberry Jello. Mix well for 5 minutes. Pour into jelly glasses and seal with melted was. Can also use strawberry Jello instead of raspberry.
