CREAM OF CRAB SOUP 
1 qt. half and half milk
1 can crabmeat
1 qt. milk
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 stick butter
4 tbsp. cooking sherry

Heat milk until it starts to boil. Add flour and butter, then add crabmeat and sherry. Stir on low heat until butter and flour dissolves.
