CRISPAS 
Serves 6.

6 (8 inch) flour tortillas
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Rub both sides of each tortilla lightly with oil. Cut each tortilla in six pie-shaped wedges.

Grease bottom of a 12x8 inch flat-bottom casserole. Place eight or nine oiled tortilla wedges in casserole. Microwave at high for one minute. Turn wedges over. Microwave at high one minute more or until crisp.

Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Dip each hot tortilla wedge in sugar mixture. Repeat cooking process for remaining tortilla wedges. Dip each in sugar mixture.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
