CHOCOLATE SAUCE 
2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
4 tbsp. butter
1 can evaporated milk
2 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar and cocoa and stir over low heat for about 2 minutes. Do not let sugar melt. Add butter and blend. Add milk, stirring constantly. Boil rapidly 1 minute. Serve over ice cream.
