QUICK AND EASY COOKIE BARS 
1 packet graham crackers, finely crushed (about 1 c.)
1/2 c. flour (unsifted)
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. nuts, chopped

Thoroughly combine graham cracker crumbs, flour and baking soda; set aside. Combine melted butter and brown sugar; stir in eggs, water and vanilla. Gradually add flour mixture; mix well. Stir in 1 cup chocolate chips and nuts. Spread evenly in a 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for about 16 to 18 minutes, or until very lightly browned. Remove from oven. Immediately add remaining 1 cup chips over warm surface. Let stand until chips soften; spread evenly. Cut into 24 bars.
