COCKTAIL MEATBALLS 
2 lb. lean hamburger
1 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. dried parsley
2 eggs
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/3 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. minced onion (instant)
1 lb. can jellied cranberry sauce
12 oz. bottle chili sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine the first 9 ingredients and mix well. Form into small balls using a tablespoon. Arrange in a 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking dish (single layer).

In a medium saucepan combine the rest of the ingredients. Cook, stirring occasionally, until cranberry sauce is melted. Pour over meatballs. Bake uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
