3/4 c. chili sauce or ketchup
1 med. jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
2 tbsp. freshly minced parsley or cilantro
Juice of 1 lime
1 tbsp. Mescal or Tequila (optional)

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill and serve.
