SQUASH FLUFF 
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 2/3 c. fine bread crumbs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. cooked yellow squash
1/2 c. cottage cheese
4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. sugar

Saute onion in butter. Mix crumbs, milk, salt, pepper, sugar, squash and cottage cheese. Fold in eggs. Pour into greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
