POTATO AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. O'Brien potatoes, frozen
2 lbs. Cheddar cheese
2 lbs. ham
1 doz. eggs

Cook O'Brien potatoes until done and spread in large size casserole dish that has been oiled. Grate 1 lb. of the cheese and spread on top of the potatoes, chop ham in small pieces, spread on top of cheese, spread the other pound of grated cheese on top of ham. Beat eggs and pour over the whole thing. Bake 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until eggs are set. May be made the night before and warmed when ready to serve.
