FENNEL BREADSTICKS 
1 pkg. yeast
3/4 c. warm water
Pinch of sugar
3/4 c. room temperature beer
3/4 c. olive oil
4 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. fennel seeds

Mix first 3 ingredients and let bubble a minutes. Add all other ingredients, knead dough until elastic, 4 to 5 minutes. Let rise until doubles. On floured board roll dough to 1/4 inch thick cut into strips. Gently roll to 8 inches. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
