PORK WITH FENNEL 
1 pork loin, sliced or pork chops
1/2 clove garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. fennel seed
1 tsp. olive oil
White wine

Rub the chop with garlic, salt and pepper. Press fennel seeds into meat. Brown on both sides in the oil. Do not over cook. Add white wine, cover pan and simmer for a few minutes, or until meat is tender.
