SHRIMP AND CRABMEAT GUMBO 
2 lb. cut okra
1 lb. bacon
2 sm. onions, chopped
2 cans tomato sauce
2 lb. shrimp, cleaned
2 cans crabmeat
Water
Salt and pepper to taste

Fry bacon, add okra and fry until it falls apart. Add onion. When onion is cooked, add tomato sauce. Cook awhile, then add water to desired thickness. Add salt and pepper to taste. Let cook about 1 hour, slowly. Add shrimp and crabmeat. Don't cook shrimp and crabmeat over 30 minutes.
