HARVEST PORK STEAK 
4 pork steaks
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. orange juice
1 c. canned apple pie filling
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. orange juice

Lightly brown pork steaks in butter in fry pan. Sprinkle with salt. Add 1/2 cup orange juice. Cover and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.

Spoon pie filling over steaks. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Add 1/2 cup orange juice; cover and cook over low heat until tender, about 20 minutes.

VARIATION: Substitute cherry pie filling in this recipe. Pork chops may be used in place of pork steaks.
