3 eggs
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 1/2 lb. powdered sugar

Separate eggs and beat each until light and foamy. Add a pinch of baking soda in whites; add together with powdered sugar and allspice. Put 1 tablespoon batter in bottom of a coffee cup. Add 1 shot of Rum and fill cup with boiling water. Stir and sprinkle top with cinnamon.
