STRAWBERRY VANILLA PUDDING | |
4 1/2 to 5 c. (6 oz.) angel cake cubes 1 (3 or 3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix 1 c. cold milk 1 pt. vanilla ice cream 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry flavored gelatin 1 1/2 c. boiling water 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberry slices Place angel cake cubes in 9 x 9 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish. In mixing bowl, combine instant pudding and milk; add ice cream. Beat at low speed until well blended. Pour over cake cubes. Set aside until firm. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add frozen berries. Stir until gelatin begins to thicken. Pour over pudding; do not stir. Chill until set. Makes 8 or 9 servings. |
