STUFFED PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops, 1" thick
3 c. soft bread crumbs
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 - 1/2 c. water (for stuffing)
1/4 tsp. sage or poultry seasoning
1/3 c. water for soup
1/4 c. melted butter

Brown chops on both sides. Place in shallow pan. Mix bread, onion, butter and 1/4 to 1/2 cup water. Mound about 1/2 cup of this stuffing on each chop. Blend soup with 1/2 cup water and pour over chops and stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
