QUICK LASAGNE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 env. onion soup mix
3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 scant c. water
8 oz. broad noodles, cooked & drained
12 oz. Mozzarella cheese, sliced

In large skillet brown meat, stirring frequently. Drain fat. Stir in onion soup mix, tomato sauce and water. Cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

In 2-quart oblong baking dish alternate layers of noodles, meat sauce and cheese, ending with cheese. Bake 15 minutes or until bubbling in 400 degree oven. Let set for a few minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
