SPOON ROLLS 
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 c. warm water
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
4 c. self-rising flour

Preheat oven to 350°F. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Mix sugar and melted butter, adding beaten egg, yeast mixture and flour. Mix thoroughly. Keep in refrigerator until ready to cook. Drop into well-greased muffin tins and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
