SUGAR AND SPICE PECANS 
1 lb. pecan halves or walnuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg white
1 tbsp. water
1 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt

Beat egg white until frothy, NOT STIFF. Stir in sugar, salt and cinnamon, mix well.

Stir in nuts until completely covered. Spread nuts on large cookie sheet.

Bake at 200 degrees for 45 minutes. (Stir nuts every 15 minutes).
