ANGEL HAIR PASTA WITH CHICKEN 
3 tbsp. olive oil, divided
3 skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 carrot, slice diagonally into 1/4 inch pieces
1 - 10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli florets, thawed
3 cloves garlic, minced
12 oz. angel hair pasta
2/3 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. basil

Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in skillet; add chicken, cook about 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, remove from skillet and drain on paper towel. Heat remaining oil in same skillet. Begin heating water for pasta. Add carrots to skillet, cook, stirring for 4 minutes. Add broccoli and garlic to skillet, cook 2 minutes longer. Cook pasta according to directions. While it is cooking, add chicken broth, basil and cheese to skillet, stir to combine, return chicken to skillet. Reduce heat and simmer 4 minutes. Drain pasta, put in large bowl, top with chicken and vegetable mixture. Serve immediately.
