CHERRIES JUBILEE 
1 can cherry pie filling
1 sm. can crushed pineapple and liquid
Sugar to taste
1/2 c. brandy
Ice cream

Combine the cherry pie filling and pineapple in oven-proof dish. Bake at 325 degrees until heated through. Stir occasionally. (Add sugar, if you prefer it sweeter.) Warm 1/2 cup brandy in a small frying pan. Pour over cherries. ignite. When flame dies out, serve over ice cream.
