EASY DOES IT SPAGHETTI 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. dry minced onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. mace
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
3 c. tomato juice
4 oz. dry spaghetti (1 1/2 c.) broken in 4-5" pieces

Brown beef and place in crock pot. Add all remaining ingredients, except spaghetti. Stir well. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours (high 3 1/2 hours). Turn to high last hour and stir in dry spaghetti. Serves 4. When I'm in a hurry I'll substitute Ragu with additional spices. Quick easy one pan meal.
