3 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Oil for cooking

In blender or bowl, mix eggs, milk, sugar and salt. Add flour to make a smooth, creamy batter. In 8 inch fry pan, put generous splash of oil. Fry 1 at a time until golden on each side. Serve with syrup, applesauce or cream cheese.
