PRALINE CHEESECAKE 
1-1/2 cups graham crackers
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. melted butter
3 (8-oz. ea.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup chopped pecans
cool whip
pecan halves

Combine first 3 ingredients, mixing well. Press into 9-inch spring form pan.

Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.

Beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually add brown sugar and flour, mixing well. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Stir in vanilla and pecans. Pour over crust.

Bake 40 to 45 minutes. Let cool at room temperature on a wire rack. Refrigerate several hours; then remove sides from pan. Top with cool whip and garnish with pecans.
