HAM, EGG AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
6 slices Cheddar cheese
1 lb. cooked ham
1/4 c. butter, melted
3 whole eggs, beaten
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pt. milk

Break bread into pieces the size of a quart. Break cheese into bite-size pieces. Arrange ham, bread, and cheese into layers in casserole dish.

Combine eggs, mustard, salt and butter. Add milk and mix well. Pour this over the ham, bread and cheese in the casserole dish. Refrigerate covered for at least 3 hours or overnight. Bake covered for 1 hour in 350 degree oven.
