DEATH BY CHOCOLATE 
2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 c. oil
4 heaping tbsp. cocoa
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Mix first 2 ingredients together and set aside. Mix water, oil and cocoa in large pot and bring to a boil. Add eggs, buttermilk and vanilla extract. Stir well, then add the sugar and flour mixture and stir well again. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 20-22 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 stick butter
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 c. milk
1 box 4X sugar
