TREASURE ISLAND CHICKEN OR
TURKEY
 
2 lb. boned and skinless chicken or turkey breasts
1 tsp. salt; optional
1/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. white sugar
1/4 tsp. dried mustard
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ginger
1 1/2 c. orange juice

Brown chicken/turkey breasts in butter in large frying pan. Sprinkle with salt. Mix all the other ingredients together in one container. Remove browned meat from pan. Bring liquid mixture to a boil in the pan. Add meat to boiled liquid and simmer, covered, for about 25-30 minutes.
