PIE CRUST 
5 c. sifted flour
4 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. lard
2 egg yolks in enough cold water to make scant cup full

Cut lard into flour, sugar, salt and baking powder until pieces are pea size. Sprinkle water and egg yolks on top and mix until smooth. Roll out and put into pie pans. Yields 5 crusts.
