CHICKEN TETRAZZINI 
4 c. or more diced cooked chicken
1/2 lb. spaghetti
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 cans mushroom soup
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 lb. sharp cheese
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 chopped green pepper
3 tbsp. grated onion
1 (7 oz.) can diced Ortega peppers

Boil spaghetti in chicken broth. Mix all ingredients together and bake in buttered casserole dish for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 12.
