MEXICAN SALAD | |
1 lg. head lettuce 1 (15 oz.) can Ranch style beans 2 tomatoes, diced 3/4 bottle Kraft Catalina dressing 1 lb. grated sharp cheese 1 onion, chopped Drain and wash chilled beans. Prepare lettuce as a tossed salad. Add beans, tomatoes, onions, cheese and dressing. Chill 30 minutes to 1 hour. Just before serving add 1 medium size bag of crushed Fritos. Serves 12. |
