SWEET POTATO PIE 
6 sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/2 lb. (2 sticks) butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
Pie crust shells

Boil sweet potatoes until soft when pricked with a fork. Peel sweet potatoes. Use electric mixture to mash potatoes. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar and butter. Blend until smooth. Pour in pie shell and bake at 375 degrees for about 1 hour or until crust is golden brown. Makes 2 pies.
