SWEDISH COOKIES 
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 3/4 c. flour
Pinch salt
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract

Cream sugar and butter. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Form into balls about 1 teaspoon in size. Flatten with fork on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Sprinkle with sugar while hot.
