QUICHE LORRAINE 
12 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. cayenne
1 pie crust

Beat eggs, add remaining ingredients. Add mixture to crust in which the bacon is crumbled. Bake 15 minutes in oven at 350 degrees.
