CHEESY COCKTAIL SANDWICHES 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground hot sausage
1 lb. Velveeta or Cheez Whiz
1 tbsp. oregano
1/2 to 1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Cocktail bread, white or rye

Brown meats together and drain well. In a pan, melt cheese and add rest of ingredients. Add browned meat and mix well. Spoon approximately 1 generous tablespoon of meat mixture on each slice of cocktail bread. Place slices on cookie sheet and broil about 3 minutes. Makes 50.

NOTE: Meat mixture can be made ahead and frozen for later use or prepared bread slices can be frozen to heat later.
