MAUNA LOA PUNCH | |
2 (6 oz.) frozen concentrated pineapple-grapefruit juice 2 chilled (28 oz.) ginger ale 2 pts. raspberry sherbet 3 or 4 chunks of dry ice for effect Pour juices and ginger ale into large punch bowl; add ice cubes. Stir in raspberry sherbet until well blended. Makes 20 punch cup servings. Set bowl in large roasting pan lined with ferns. 1/2 fill pan with water. Drop 3 or 4 chunks of dry ice (use tongs or mitt - do not touch the dry ice) into water (not into punch). To make an active "volcano" a bowl of pink froth surrounded by bubbling "lava". |
