APPLE CRUMBLE PUDDING | |
1 c. flour 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. sugar (white or brown) 4 apples (4 c., pared & sliced) Blend the flour, butter and sugar with a pastry blender or the fingers to form a crumbly mass. Slice the apples into a shallow buttered baking dish; cover with the flour mixture. Bake in a moderate oven (375 degrees) until the apples are tender and the crust brown, or about 45 minutes. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream. |
