APPLE CRUMBLE 
5 to 6 c. sliced, pared apples (6 med.)
1 1/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
2/3 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease square baking dish, 8 x 8 x 2 inches, or rectangular baking dish, 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inches. Arrange apples in dish. Mix baking mix, sugar and egg until crumbly; sprinkle over apples. Drizzle with butter; sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake until topping is golden brown and apples are tender, 30 to 35 minutes. Serve with whipped cream. (6 servings.)
