CAESAR SALAD 
1 head Romane lettuce
2 cloves garlic
1 lemon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 stirred egg (bring water to boil and put in egg, cover and cook 1 minute)
1/2 c. oil
1/2 tbsp. pepper
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

In a large bowl, crush garlic with fork and the salt. Squeeze in lemon; add Worcestershire sauce, pepper and oil. Stir well. Add Romane and mix well. In a saucepan bowl, whisk eggs and pour over lettuce with Parmesan cheese. Stir well and serve. Croutons optional.
