CHEESE-SQUASH BAKE 
2 lb. yellow squash
1 c. sour cream
3 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 c. Club crackers, crumbled

Cook squash by simmering in butter, salt and pepper. While squash is simmering, take sour cream, eggs and flour and mix in a small mixing bowl.
