HOBO BREAD 
2 c. raisins
2 c. boiling water
4 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oil
4 c. flour

Soak raisins in boiling water and add soda stir and cover. Let stand overnight. In morning add sugar, salt and oil. Add one cup flour at a time, stirring well after each cup. Oil and flour three 1 lb. tall coffee cans. Fill half full with batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes. Shake out of can.
